[Deep House] Bobby Nourmand – The Sun (feat. Adam Engle)

Bobby Nourmand is already back with another single on his label, Deep In The Night. Following up from the release of his imprint’s initial release, the Subterranean EP, “The Sun” is the perfect embodiment of his label’s vision. Go deep into the night enough and it becomes the day.

“The Sun” features vocalist Adam Engle of the UK duo Blonde who takes the song to dreamy heights with his mystifying performance. Bobby keeps things pushing forward with his haunting production, one that builds beautiful tension while simultaneously makes you dance. It’s certainly a track to keep you going all night long. “The Sun” is out now on all digital formats for those looking for a copy!

Wavedash & Quest – Star Power (AWE Remix) [TMN Premiere]

Around a month ago Wavedash released their collaboration with Quest called “Star Power” on the Devil Music EP. The song is still being rinsed by DJ’s all over, but now they have a new remix to match it with thanks to LA’s own AWE.

Premiered right here in the dojo, AWE’s hybrid “Star Power” has been released by Mad Zoo. AWE keeps the heavy nature of the original intact, but he implements his own eclectic dose of sounds into the mix. Aside from the dirty sound design, AWE builds an industrial tone throughout the song that gives it a savage edge, making it a festival gem. It’s much more than that though as you’ll see near the end. Don’t forget to add this one to your digital library.

[TMN Interview/Music Video] Møme – Møments I

Music and travel have always been two hugely-important, intertwined pieces of my live. They’ve both served as sources of personal enrichment through discovery– whether it’s through the discovery of a cool new song, or through experiencing the world through different perspectives. I’ve always derived such joy in the new and unexplored, and I’ve found that music and world travel are both equally expansive and bountiful reservoirs in this regard.

Sharing new music with those from another part of the world is basically double-dipping when it comes to these pleasures. In this vein, I had the chance to catch up with French artist Møme about his recent project, Møments I. This latest project from the French multi-instrumentalist and producer derives its inspiration from the lush volcanic landscapes of Bali. Møments I magically encapsulates the ambient, serene nature of the tropical island. With polished guitar licks and soulful lyrical infusions, Møme creates a special vibe that’ll have you wishing you were in Bali right this moment. In Møme I saw a kindred spirit, inspired by the beauty and vibrance of the sunny surf town I had visited just over a year ago. Møments I is a two-single mini-EP, comprised of the tracks “Canggu” and “When We Ride”.

The project comes with some stunning visuals; a live performance filmed in the shadow of the mighty volcano Mount Batur. You can give it a watch below, and learn more about the man and the process behind Møments I after the jump.

TMN: So travel seems to be a source of inspiration for you when it comes to creating music. What is it that first made you want to start traveling the world?

Møme: Well I guess that I was living in the same town, with the same people for too long and needed a big change in my life. Traveling is going out of your comfort zone, challenging yourself, meeting new people, sometimes speaking another language. There is excitement, fear and I wanted to experience all of that. It also a great thing to get inspiration and then compose. And I started traveling at the same time as writing my first album “Panorama”.

TMN: Seeing new parts of the world has always sort of kept me grounded. Learning from new cultures has been an enlightening and rewarding experience. It’s also made me more appreciative of home, here in San Francisco. What’s your own personal relationship with travel? What has it done for your music?

Møme: Haha yes, I totally understand the “home feeling”. When I started traveling, it was more “personal”, for myself, like a desire for new experiences, a desire to discover. Now I travel for shows and to share my music. I go overseas every month, it’s exciting but I don’t have the same time for personal trips. It’s way more intensive and I also appreciate coming back home. I live in the South of France, where everything is quiet and where sun shines all year long. I need a peaceful lifestyle when I’m not on tour. And for music, traveling offered me the possibilities to discover talents, featurings that I’m now working with. I’ve composed more for international vocalists than for French ones!

TMN: Travel aside, where do you call home these days?

Møme: The French Riviera is home but Indonesia has been like a “home away from home” the past 6 months. It has the weather that I love, good surf, good food, extremely nice people and I have often said to myself “should I move there for real?”.

TMN: I also had the pleasure of visiting Canggu last year; what an amazing town. Idyllic paradise full of amazing people and good vibes. What’d you think of Canggu and Bali?

Møme: I only discovered Bali last year. It was for my honeymoon and the trip we planned was supposed to be very chill. But I don’t know what happened there, I immediately started to compose! I was so inspired by the local sounds, instruments, by everything that was surrounding us! I was supposed to visit Bali from North to South and East to West but last October, we received messages from our embassy because of a volcano threat and had to shorten our trip. Canggu is where we spent most of our time. It is very quiet, the food can be very authentic as well as super healthy and the surf is good! It is where I stayed last month to finalize my two tracks from Møment I (Canggu and When We Ride) and film a video clip.

TMN: So thisMøments project is going to be a three-part project, with the first highlighting your experiences in Bali. What can we expect from Møments II and III?

Møme: It will be very spontaneous! I’m now in South America and will be visiting again soon the USA and Canada. It may be possible that one of these destinations will be the inspirations for Møment II. And for Møment III, it will be a bit later, probably end of this year. I’m still hesitating in between a hot or cold destination for this one!

TMN: I’m a big fun of the funky guitar grooves on “When we Ride”. It seems like that retro, dance-y feel is really big in the French music scene these days. Who would you call your biggest musical influences?

Møme: Yes it is! French are a bit retro sometimes 😉 Wow, my influences are not all electronic actually. I’m a huge fan of Tom Misch from the UK, and I’ve been a huge fan of Flume few years ago. Now I like a lot r’n’b songs and voices like Jorja Smith for instance.

TMN: If you could perform with any other artist (historic or current), who would it be?

Møme: Probably Mura Masa! I’ve been listening to him for a while but he is getting more and more attention in France now! We played at the same festival in Paris last week.

TMN: Where is next on your list of travel destinations?

Møme: Today I’m in México, flying to Cancun then back in France for two shows. I’ll go back home beginning of July for literally two days and then, I’ll be flying to Canada (Montreal and Quebec) for festivals. Finally I go back to Los Angeles, my second home away from home after Bali! And after all of these trips I have Belgium, New Caledonia, probably again Mexico and Belize this year. Some are for fun, some are for work!

I have to say I really have been enjoying the music coming out of France these days. As touched upon in the interview, the French these days have been adeptly bringing back retro-chic elements, interlacing them flawlessly with soul, funk, and modern electronic influences. Between artists like Møme, Jean Tonique, Polo & Pan, and FKJ (who also created a track inspired by paradisiacal Canggu), there’s a lot to be gained by opening up your musical tastes to that part of the world.

Nightseason – Strangers [TMN PREMIERE]

With their debut single hitting the blogosphere just three months ago, Nightseason is an act you probably haven’t caught wind of just yet. After today, though, you should have them fully on your radar.

Comprised of Jordan Caiola and Patrick Zeinali, this duo wrote their debut EP over emails, without ever having met in person. It all began when Patrick (drummer turned producer) was scanning through Spotify for a voice that fit his vision for this new project. Stumbling across Jordan from the indie rock outfit Mo Lowda and the Humble, this new duo was born, bonding over recent break ups, and a love for doing something unique in the alt-rock space.

Today’s offering is their second release and it doesn’t take long for it to crawl under your skin. “Strangers” comes to life quickly with a glowing lead riff, playful claps, and slow-n-steady percussion. Followed by lyrics that are easy to bank and sing along to. It quickly makes a lasting impact, one that you’ll find yourself reaching for shortly after the first listen.

‘Strangers’ was written during a major turning point in my life. I was in between jobs, my 3+ year relationship ended, and I moved from my hometown into the city of Philadelphia. It was the first time in a while that I really had the chance to fully experience the single lifestyle. ‘Strangers’ revolves around the concept that two people who could eventually end up in a very intimate, meaningful (or sometimes superficial and fleeting) relationship at some point… ALWAYS start the same way – as strangers.” -Jordan

As of right now, you’re on the Nightseason train early. As always, it’s recommended that you follow these cats across all channels — Spotify, Soundcloud, and Facebook.

FINNEAS – Landmine (Aire Atlantica Remix) [TMN Premiere]

LA-based singer/songwriter FINNEAS has been reaching incredible heights at such a young age, both in his music and performances. Not to mention that he’s also currently on tour with his multi-talented sister, Billie Eilish. With his success consistently climbing and his fanbase steadily increasing, it’s no surprise that his music – namely his recent single “Landmine“- caught the attention of up and coming producer, Aire Atlantica.

Springing off of the momentum he received from his last release, “Cut You Off,” the NY-native decides to provide his own take on FINNEAS’ upbeat pop original. The remix however, is not for the faint of heart. Aire Atlantica reels listeners in almost instantly with energizing snares that pave the way for a cinematic build up right before he introduces the main course, an amalgamation of electrifying glitches, funk-inspired beats and harmonic layers. His eclectic style of production makes for an unparalleled chemistry with FINNEAS’ modulated voice as it molds effortlessly around every word. Emitting just as much heat as this season’s sun, it goes without saying that Aire’s remix will be one of your go-to plays this Summer.

VALENTINE Feat. Halpe & Chuck Sutton – Falling

Kansas-based producer VALENTINE is taking listeners on a ride through the galaxy with his latest work, “Falling.” Enlisting the help of fellow artist Halpe and vocalist Chuck Sutton, this futuristic single combines a heavy bass line with unparalleled synth work while it tells a personal love story between VALENTINE and his fiancé. The foundation comes together through hard breaks, oscillating notes and layers of glitchy synths. The song comes to complete fruition with the final addition of Sutton’s husky vocals for an unparalleled musical experience that you won’t be able to resist.

[Electronic] Mickey Kojak – Get Out

Australia’s Mickey Kojak went retro with his newest single “Get Out.” You won’t be leaving this one anytime soon as “Get Out” is a completely mesmerizing hit. Although we were loving his covers, it’s nice to hear Mickey jump on an original.

“Get Out” pulls from a variety of genres and eras and sews all the little pieces together into one beautiful piece. The single feels like it could have been released in the 70’s or 80’s only to stand the test of time as a song we continue to jam out to it today. Although it’s not a classic in that sense, it very well could be given time.

#TMNMailbag #6: Astrolemo

Aside from a simple blurb on Facebook and Soundcloud, there’s not much I can share with you about Astrolemo, the person. Self-described as somewhere between “a drug-free Flying Lotus and a spicy Bonobo,” this enigmatic character is purposefully hidden behind a moniker and the anonymity that only the web can provide.

What I can tell you, is that since starting the #TMNMailbag series, this is far and away the most impressive submission I’ve received. As he mentions, his art beckons on notable acts like Flying Lotus and Bonobo. Personally, I also notices comparisons that lean towards a few other personal favorites — Tycho and Absofacto.

Typically, I like to feature the song that the artist submitted, and that alone. Today, though, I’m showcasing his last EP, as well as his most recent single.

Kicking things off is his most recent offering, “Haunting Me” is a deep and enveloping experience. Starting off with haunting keys and (assumedly) Astrolemo’s captivating vocals, the tune provides a layered and textural listen from start-to-finish. It’s pleasantly dreary, lending itself to a harmony with a relaxing Sunday rainstorm.

Next up is the title track from his last EP, “Stay with Me.” A bit more upbeat than the former, the experience comes to life with glowing, echoing vocals, and danceable percussion. It has plenty of drive, yet still maintains that all-encompassing soundscape that embodies his sound.

As I’m sure you’re convinced at this point, I’ll stop yammering and leave you be with this tasty little collection. After you’re done, make sure to throw this budding young act a follow on Facebook and Soundcloud. As of right now, he has less than 500 on both accounts, meaning you’ll be an early adopter. Get on it.

[Show Review] Polo & Pan Rock Their SF Debut at the Independent (6/20)

Polo & Pan. Photo by Priscilla Anna.

Three funky Frenchmen took over San Francisco’s The Independent on Wednesday night. Polo & Pan made their long awaited San Francisco debut, playing to a sold out crowd. Jean Tonique was added in support as a last-minute announcement, further whipping up San Francisco’s frenzy for these groove architects from France. In fact, demand for tickets for this show on resell/music groups was some of the highest I’d ever seen, especially for a weeknight show.

Jean Tonique set the tone for the night.

Those of lucky enough to be in attendance took in quite the show. Jean Tonique started off the night with his old-school funk inspired beats, getting the audience ready to dance. Tonique looped all of his beats and guitar riffs live, showing sleek and polished craftsmanship. Drinking gin and tonics to the tune of Jean Tonique was an absolute vibe.

Following a brief intermission and mild stint of technical difficulties, the highly anticipated stars of the night, Paul Armand Delille and Alex Pan came onstage and delivered jam after jam. I was astounded by the versatility and variety that Polo & Pan showed. Dancy pop was a theme throughout the night, yet the quirky Parisians effortlessly dipped into trappy hip-hop beats and even tech house flavors you’d expect at a Dirtybird event. “It was a worldly tropical electronic dance party”, one concertgoer said. Lush jazz riffs bridged together a lot of the elements in Polo & Pan’s performance. Whatever the musical direction, Paul and Alex had the Independent bouncing to the beat all night.

You have to love the sounds that we’re getting out of France. Centered around making you hit the dance floor, artists such as Wednesday’s stars, and others like FKJ, Mome, and Isaac Delusion have been creating waves in today’s music scene. Seamlessly blending together retro-chic elements with modern electronic sensibilities, the French have been releasing some of the most genre-bending, smile-inducing tunes. If you ever have the chance, Polo & Pan and Jean Tonique’s live sets both get this Music Ninja’s seal of approval.

[Interview] TMN Gets To Know Zach Maxwell

It’s no secret that unearthing new and exciting artists is the main vein running through the pages of TMN. Sometimes an album strikes you just the right way, providing our ears with a dose of dopamine, while also signalling a wealth of untapped potential. One such artist and album is Zach Maxwell and his recent Music for Life EP. A songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer, Maxwell’s music manages to flit around the edges of multiple genres while offering a completely unique scope to listen through. Recently, Maxwell has been converting his recordings into a live setting behind a highly buzzed about residency in Denver at the eclectic Your Mom’s House venue; building loads of Mile-High hype over the past year.

Zach Maxwell will be playing the final show of his residency this Saturday, June 16th at Your Mom’s House, and we had the chance to sit down and get to know the burgeoning artist a little better before this weekend’s show. Read our interview with Maxwell below, and be sure to listen to .

The Music Ninja: First off, thanks so much for taking the time to sit down and chat with us a little bit. We’ve had the chance to listen to Music For Life a few times through, and more layers seem to reveal themselves with each passing listen. With this being your first official release more than a single, can you speak to the writing and recording process? Was your process any different trying to make a cohesive multi-track statement, or were things pretty routine when it came to getting the individual tracks in order for Music For Life?

Zach Maxwell: Thanks so much for the kind words about Music for Life! I’m glad that more and more layers are revealing themselves in subsequent listens.  It’s interesting, the process for making this EP was super nonlinear for me. Before I decided to release this EP, I spent a few years just making music that I wanted to listen to.  Just flowing with whatever vibe I was feeling on whatever day I happened to be making music. After a few years, I had 100’s of songs to choose from and realized it was probably time to put some of them out in the world! In listening to all the material I had made, certain songs seemed to fit together as a unit more than others.  I wanted my first release to be something that was more of an offering to the listener as a complete unit with a message versus a bunch of songs that I happened to like and put together. Additionally, my friend and longtime music Veteran Jayson Jackson helped me curate the songs and put together something that worked together. So the process was more working backward than thinking from the get-go that I was going to put a collection of music together.

TMN: Did you bring in any outside musicians to record with you or is this your playing on the entire LP?

ZM: Nope. I played everything on the EP myself.

TMN: Your music has drawn comparisons to the likes of Kaytranada, and even Andre 3000; as well as yourself citing influences from contemporary pop, funk, gospel and soul. What did you grow up listening to in your household, and were there any artists that caused you to start branching out and creating for yourself?

ZM: My father was in show business when I was a kid, so I listened to a lot of musical theater before I turned 10.  My step-mother was a Broadway dancer and used to have all her friends come over for epic dance parties at our apartment in NYC, and we would all dance to Prince in a cypher in the living room.  I would say the artists that really made me start branching out for myself though were Sam Cooke and the Soul Stirrers and Sweet Honey in the Rock. The first time I heard that old school acapella sound I was never the same.  In addition, the first time I ever went to a Phish concert I was 19 and that was a transformative moment in my life as well and solidified that I wanted to dedicate my life to music.

TMN: How did creating music start to become a reality for you? Did you grow up playing traditional instruments or was it something you found on your own?

ZM: My grandmother had given my mother an old piano, and it was in our house growing up, and nobody ever played it.  When I was two years old, I used to play and plunk out melodies on the piano. I don’t remember doing it, but my uncle said I would come up with all sorts of cool melodies when I was a little kid.  I officially started learning how to play when I was three years old, and then I picked up the guitar at 15 and never looked back. I would lock myself in my room for 12 hours a day and just practice guitar. It was awesome.

TMN: You’ve been playing a residency in my hometown of Denver, CO at one of the more eclectically curated venues in the city, Your Mom’s House, and have your last show as part of said residency coming up on June 16th. How do things differ from recording in studio to trying to create your highly textured soundscapes in a live setting?

ZM: As of right now, I rearrange a lot of my recorded songs for my live shows.  I extend them and open up room for musical improvisation, movement and dance onstage and for the other musicians who are playing with me onstage to have room to express themselves as well. Performing live is one of my most favorite things in the world.

TMN: Do you feel you’re able to relay your ethos of “exploring higher consciousness through music” more in a live setting or through your recordings?

ZM: I think they compliment each other in that they provide different pathways to the same goal of exploring higher consciousness through music.  I think of recorded music as a painting or as a spiritual text. It’s set and unchanging. It can be appreciated forever, and there are new things that can be discovered upon subsequent reading, viewing or listening. Live performance is much more like a sunset.  It’s fleeting. It’s rooted in the present moment and can never be replicated the same way twice.   That in and of itself is a spiritual exploration because when it’s happening, the connection between artist and audience both rooted in the present moment becomes something more significant than itself.

TMN: What have you got in coming down the pipe, both release and tour wise?

ZM: I have a bunch of singles coming out later this year. I am finalizing the first one in the next month or so and will be announcing the release in the coming weeks.  I also have a headlining show at Syntax Physic Opera in Denver on Friday, August 17th. That is going to be a killer show and is at one of the coolest venues in Denver.

TMN: Where can we connect with you and is there anything else you’d like to share with our readers?

ZM: You can always connect with me at shows.  I love to talk to people after my sets and get to know people who love music.  Another great way is to sign up for my mailing list which is easy to join right on the homepage of my website www.zachmaxwellmusic.com. I send out unreleased tracks and show announcements and other good stuff about once a month on there.  And of course, you can connect with me on Instagram as well!

You can listen to “Music for Life” on all online music outlets, including Spotify, Apple/iTunes, Amazon, and Soundcloud.

Boy Bjorn – Anchorage (Foreign Fields Remix) [TMN PREMIERE]

Sometimes it takes the most intense moments in our lives to set us on a different path. I’m sure all of you can identify a singular point in your past that sparked a significant change. Whether it was wonderful, painful, or somewhere in-between, it’s a common thread through the human experience.

For Brian Holl (aka Boy Bjorn), that life-altering moment came at SXSW in 2015. As a member from the previously heralded electronica-folk duo Foreign Fields at the time, Brian experienced a panic attack that would alter his course, both in life, and in music, after experiencing early successes of national touring, festival experiences, and a critically-acclaimed debut album.

Now, 18 months later, Holl is ready to delve back into the musical world, and in addition to returning to Foreign Fields, he’s also doing so under the moniker of Boy Bjorn. The debut release, “Anchorage,” dropped not too long ago. It’s enveloping, with a buzz that calls on associations of Postal Service,Owl City, and, of course, elements of Foreign Fields. While I strongly suggest adding it to your playlist, we’re actually here today to bring you a glimpse at the first remix of this single, coming via none other than Holl’s partner in Foreign Fields, Eric Hillman.

Beautifully composed, this take is a long-building and emotional ride, focusing heavily on Holl’s heartfelt lyrics for the majority of the ride. It’s slow, and intentionally so, utilizing soft keys and strings from the original and layered, vocoder-treated vocal harmonies. It has a depth to it that one would guess, could only stem from a deep, personal connection between the two.

Music aside, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks are a common thing, and something that we don’t need to battle alone. If you’re in the dark, please know that others, some of which who have been in your exact same place, are there and willing to help. Please reach out to a friend, a family member, or a complete stranger.

[Electronic/R&B] VenessaMichaels – FLIGHT EP

It’s been years since we’ve waited for an EP from VenessaMichaels, but now it’s here. Not only do we get an EP, but it’s a concept project called FLIGHT featuring some of her favorite collaborators including Effy, Outlaw The Artist and $K.

Complete with four tracks, FLIGHT exceeds our expectations not only in quality, but due to the fact that she flexes hard with her songwriting abilities by moving through a various collection of sounds. Venessa manages to keep her signature eclectic style, but never before have we been able to see it play out in a cohesive long-form project. Through and through, FLIGHT will get you lifted. Have fun trying to pick a favorite and make sure to add this EP to your digital library.

[Electronic] Covex – Vertigo (feat. Chloe Tang)

As somebody who experiences vertigo on the rare occasion, I can say, it’s no joke. Neither is “Vertigo” by Covex. This single, featuring Chloe Tang on vocals, is the real deal. Together these Denver creatives put together a chilling record.

“Vertigo” is going to give you goosebumps; it may be right away, or it may be as things progress and the Covex x Chloe team sink into your soul. With a spacey, almost otherworldly tone, the song is easy to lose yourself in as it casually lures you into its midst. If you’re having a rough start to your week, this will ease your pains. [Pop] LCMDF – Glitter

The Helsinki to Berlin duo LCMDF shine bright with their latest release. The colorful “Glitter” came out through Playground Music Scandinavia, so it is currently available on digital platforms. You’ll want to get it.

“Glitter” isn’t your usual pop record, especially from an American standpoint. In nearly every way it is unique from the details of the instrumental to the performance. It does have an uplifting style that artists in their field have gone for, but LCMDF manage to stand taller than their counterparts with a dynamic single that gets sweeter the more you listen to it.

Madge – Alice [TMN PREMIERE]

“Alice” is one hell of a trip. Punchy, quirky, unique, and deliciously poppy, it’s my first experience with LA-based, D-I-Y producer Madge, and it’s one I couldn’t easily shake after only one listen through.

Opening with what sounds like a sample from an classic suspense movie, it’s impossible to peg where the track is going to end up. Even beyond that, you’ll still be guessing after the crunchy guitar riff and childlike voices. In fact, you might expect someone to come in and lay down a hot hip hop verse. Instead though, you’re welcomed into softly-sung, ethereal vocals. It’s such a jarring juxtaposition, and one that works beautifully.

Those alternating sections, of both her and and the children’s playful chatter, are a purposeful representative of the destructive voices in Madge’s head. Seemingly normalized the playful, funky bassline, and flute-like synths, it’s an intent-based structure that has layers beyond what you’ve come to expect from your run-of-the-mill pop.

“Alice” explores themes of trauma, pleasure, and shame as experienced in the form of a personal poltergeist. Almost all the lyrics have double entendre and the narrative is both literal and metaphorical. Alice is dangerous even though she’s dead – the nature of trauma itself.

Madge just recently broke into the scene, with “Alice” being her third release. Make sure to keep tabs on her and more intriguing releases in moving forward.

[House] Birthdayy Partyy Go Bananas With Gwen Stefani & Bassnectar Remixes

It’s not often you get to debut your musical act at EDC Las Vegas, but that’s just what Birthdayy Partyy did. Since their launch in January of this year they’ve been on an impressive rise, releasing an insane amount of tracks and getting booked at not only EDC already, but Spring Awakening as well.

After playing their set at the Corona Beach stage, the twin brothers went ahead and released a dance-driven remix of “Hollaback Girl” by Gwen Stefani. Safe to say, this one is bananas. As if that wasn’t enough, just two weeks later they dropped a hot flip of Bassnectar’s classic “Bass Head” which is no easy feat to remix. If you ask us, we’re going to have to say they succeeded in remodeling the record to their own likeness. Grab both free downloads today!

[Pop] SHY Martin – Forget To Forget

One of our favorite pop stars has graced the world with another smash single. SHY Martin is one of the more memorable figures in the current landscape of pop music and she continuously dazzle us with her work, including her latest “Forget To Forget.”

“Forget To Forget” comes after her Moombah-inspired “Bad In Common” that we’ve still been playing out to this day. Her latest is up for continuous rinsing as well as it is another example of SHY’s infectious sound. From top to bottom this record is masterful and while SHY leads the record with her stunning vocal, the instrumental keeps kicking strong with its own catchy allure. If you were looking for your next favorite artist, you found her.

[House] Colin Callahan – Thinkin’ About You

Another hot track has come out of Manhattan thanks to Colin Callahan. His latest Breeze Records release “Thinkin’ About You” is just the type of house record we’ve been searching for to spice up our Summer playlists.

“Thinkin’ About You” begins with the catchy hook that lives up to its purpose. From the very start you’re sucked right into the mix and Colin only builds on things from there. Once the real meat of the song begins with its lush synth work you’re further enamored. Colin cooked up a track that isn’t easy to forget as its melodies will embed themselves into your brain and play over and over again – and you won’t even be mad about it. Grab “Thinkin’ About You” today.
