As you may or may not have noticed, Sunday Night Soul was conspicuously missing last weekend. Fret not however, as tonight is a celebratory occasion. Over the weekend, we welcomed a brand new addition to the ninja family. From all of us here at The Music Ninja, we would love to congratulate our co-founder Clayton on the birth of his baby boy (make sure to leave him a nice note on Twitter). It’s only appropriate then that we dedicate this week’s episode in his honor (although we don’t think he’s old enough to listen to some of the music quite yet).
Of course there’s at least one more reason to rejoice, since these week’s playlist is packed to the brim with some amazing tunes.
